SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

We use both Australia Post and Sendle for our parcels.  Tracking numbers are provided via email, so please ensure that your email address is entered correctly and that your email is monitored, including junk mail. 

We use an automated delivery system, so please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order as Pathfinder Outdoors is not liable for any lost or damaged parcels. 

Please allow a week turnaround time for ALL orders.  Once posted, we have no control over how long your order takes to arrive.  If a parcel has been lost by Australia Post or Sendle we cannot take responsibility for this loss.  We recommend you contact Australia Post or Sendle directly, with your tracking details to track down the lost item.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

International Orders are subject to international shipping rates and longer delivery times.  Import duties are the responsibility of the purchasher.
